WINTER HOSPITALITY DAY 2018 INFORMATION
It’s that time of year again! Hospitality Day is upon us. At the beginning of every winter season Nova Guides looks forward to sharing our winter experiences with the locals of the Vail Valley and Summit County.
This year Hospitality Day will be held on Tuesday, January 23, and we are taking it to the next level!
Join us for snowmobling, snow coach rides and complimentary lunch and drinks at McAllister’s Grill.
Who is invited?
All front of house, guest facing staff of the Vail Valley and Summit County lodges are encouraged to join our hospitality day. These positions include hotel group sales, concierges, front desk staff, DMC staff, and valley hospitality staff. If you have daily interactions with guests, we want you to come and experience our winter activities. We are also extending Hospitality Day to local Vail professionals and members of the Vail Valley Partnership.
What are we going to do?
Our professional guides will host you on Top of the Rockies snowmobile tour. We will walk you through the same experience a guest would have at Nova Guides. Once you arrive at our Camp Hale lodge we will have you check in at our activities’ counter 30 minutes before the tour leave time. There you will complete our waiver and go over our safety protocols. Next we will suit you up in our complimentary snowsuits, snow boots and helmets that are included in every Nova Guides’ guided snowmobile tour. Then, it is time to head out to the backyard and hop on a snowmobile! Our experienced guides will walk each touring group through the easy operation of our new SKI DOO snowmobiles. We’ll even show you how to operate the handlebar hand warmers! Then it’s time to take off into the White River National Forest for a tour.
We will also be running hourly Snow Coach tours. Hop in our 13-passenger heated Snow Coach for a scenic tour of Historic Camp Hale. Discover the unique experience of a Nova Guides Snow Coach tour. It is highly recommended to bring your camera!
A complimentary lunch will be served from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at McAllister’s Grill. This will be a great time to network! Our sales team will be available to answer any questions.
Where?
These tours will take off from our primary location at Historic Camp Hale. Find directions here to our Camp Hale Lodge here. We will start at a base of 9,200 feet in elevation and climb to the Continental Divide at 12,500 feet! You’ll see why Nova Guides’ snowmobile and snow coach experiences are unbeatable!
