Nova Guides in association with CBST Adventures offers an array of Team Building programs for your group. These action-packed programs stress cooperative decision making, leadership, conflict mediation, and problem solving in a fun and picturesque setting.

Activities Offered

Our GPS Quests implement handheld navigational devices to test teams in a multitude of different challenges. Teams will scour the area in 4 X 4 Jeeps or ATVs to unlock the puzzle we have set up. Through teamwork and cooperation, the team that conquers the challenges and maximizes points will emerge victorious!

Our river-based Team Building activities give groups a great taste of Colorado whitewater with some flair! Our expert guides will lead you down some of the best whitewater in the state. Throughout the day, wilderness challenges must be executed on the shore. Whitewater rafting alone requires groups to work together as one - throw in a few challenges and see what real cooperation is all about!

An outdoor scavenger hunt is the perfect way to channel a little creativity! Teams are divided up into 4 X 4 Jeeps and provided a set of photo clues and trivia questions. Clues will bring teams to historical and geographical points of interest. How will your team interpret these mysterious hints? Points are award on creativity and uniqueness, so let's see what you've got!
